what winds me up a little is none of these videos show any sort of testing, apart from the woo hoo it works, I'm impressed with myself.

is it earthed? probably
is the polarity correct on the sockets? good chance

hat off to the guy, he has done a visibly better job than some professional work I have seen.
but after he has screwed all the socket faces on, how will he know if the earth from the lounge socket has jumped out and is floating around the back of the box? or if he has broken the ring when a screw wasn't tightened properly.

It can happen to the best of us, you install something, close all the covers, load the tools in the van.
grab the tester for final figures to put into cert, and bam!!

Zs is massive, tools back out socket face off and find a broken cpc.

if it can happen to anyone, time served spark or diy enthusiast. only difference is some of us bother to test it and validate that it is safe, others just assume because it works all is good.

I'll try find some testing ones for you matey. Not sure they'll be exciting mind.
