8k + vat and you said 10 days labour? Sounds pretty expensive to me don’t get me wrong its one of the worst jobs I’ve ever seen but can’t see how you’ve priced it? Any more information you could share with us would help ?

13 grand absolutely smacks of a quote where you really don’t want the job , but if you do end up with it will make a nice profit for a weeks work

A couple Labourers will have all the chases done in a day and you can do all the wiring over 2 days then plasters in for the last 2 days
