Hello fellow electricians I was wondering if any of you have seen a VDE bit that allows different screwdriver heads to be placed in the end (If that makes any sense to you) I dont really want to keep buying different type heads when I can just swap them out from my little socket set many thanks.

There's a Wera Kompakt Kraftform that's VDE and comes with interchangeable tips. About 100 quid for the set on ebay

Its not the best pic but this is what I'm after

The bit holder on most torque screwdrivers is not a standard 1/4" hexagon, presumably to avoid what you are proposing and get you to buy their bits. Armeg bits are 1/4" if you wanted to buy their torque driver.
Unfortunately I do not know the dimensions of the Draper bit holder so I cannot specify if there is such a device available.
Effectively if you fitted a hex drive Allen key bit of the same size as the draper head and a female/female hex adaptor then you could put a standard screwdriver bit in it.
I suppose you are really looking for a 1/4" hex extender bar that fits the draper head.

The manufacturers appear to have made putting standard bits onto their torque drivers a challenge. This will likely be to maintain the VDE rating for the torque handle. And max the profit margin. Did I mention profit?

Absolutely correct they hold water, shrouds are totally unnecessary. 20s is 24mm spanner, 20 large is 30mm spanner.
