It's to replace the yellow Screwfix 11W LED which I have gone through three of in the past year due to them all having faulty switches. Will be getting a refund on my last yellow one and looking forward to this better quality light.
I read that the detachable battery pack has 'normal' off the shelf purchasable cells in it, and that it is easy to upgrade to higher amp-hour cells to make it last longer. Not had a look yet though. The Elwis unit looks well made so looking forward to using it.

I got this to use with my cordless batteries.
Not cheap, but very bright and lasts long enough to do a board change in a cubby hole lol

I booked the van in for a diagnostic on 2nd of Jan but have since booted it and burnt all of the soot out and now it runs like a dream. Quieter as well with the carpet tiles down. I’m a bit in love with it actually - is that wrong?
quick visit to local cash converters on friday unearthed a workzone 12Vmultitool. quick release version, in case with a few blades, mint. £19.99. snapped his hand off. only 12 battery though. OK, it's aldi special, but quite ruggedly made.

i bought myself a dewalt brushless oscillating multi-tool, sick of padsawing lath and plaster!
Part of my van racking escapade required me to ‘invest’ in an 18v Bosch cordless circular saw as I needed to make a number of small cuts whilst fitting - that’s my story and I’m sticking to it! Nice kit and glad I bought it.
Over December I’ve been using the £60 of vouchers they give you when you join Electricfix, £10 at a time - careful with what you buy I’ve bought some useful things. I know it’s psychology about the tenner off each time BUT I get tools! No brainer!

Yes cut a jig saw blade down . Preferably one with variable speed.

my boss will be paying for any blades needed so not to worry, although i do like the idea of jigsaw/hacksaw blades cut down and bolted to an old blunt blade if needs must
