Fire rated SWA cable in a residential building

My question is if the cable (in red) as shown in the picture below from DB-LL to ATS (1 x 4 core x 50mm) is needed to Fire rated or it can be a normal SWA cable?
I know that the cables in fire route and the cables leaving from the generator must be fire rated but I am not sure about the specific ones that leaving the DB-LL. Is there any regulation that back up this?

They look like safety system circuits so you probably need FP400.

It says XLPE/SWA/LSF.
Are you doing the installation?
If so and in any doubt, have a word with the design engineer.

The cables in question say FR/XLPE/SWA/LSF.

I'd say YES is does, to stop the spread of fire into the A.T.S,.
All 3 cables that go to ATS or Changeover switches are marked FR.

They are for essential safety circuits like the fire fighters lift, fire fighting pumps and smoke vents hence the increased protection. Would have been MI before the advent of new fancy cables.
