Hi all,

just wondering if anyone can tell me where I can get a replacement plug as shown in the pic as the foxes have chewed through it. It goes to an AC adapter for chriChris lights .

Many thanks,

Martin

I doubt it is user replaceable, these are normally a moulded part of the festoon/cabling assembly. If you do replace it, you would also need to heat shrink it or similar to give it some degree of IP. Probably best to buy a new set of lights to be honest.

agree with marconi. if the lights are LED, might need to get polarity correct. and put some chicken scraps out for the foxes. they need to live as well.

It does look like the old DIN 41529 audio form factor but that plug had the rectangular pin in the dead centre and the round pin offset quite some way. Your pins are both offset from centre so it's probably a propriatary plug based on 41529.

Neither did I. 44 to 57V according to IEEE 802.3af apparently. It's "active PoE" and the supplying unit handshakes with the receiving unit...
