Anybody know of a good brand of consumer unit that has ~12 or more 20mm and or 25mm knock outs on the top?

thank lewis

I seem to recall mk boards having plenty of knockouts, but I just don't like them so have moved over to Hager. Their square knockouts can be a pain or can be a godsend depending on the situation, but plain boards are readily available. Qmax hole punches make nice accurate holes as well

Surely one of these would be a better option?

Sorry, did someone call me? I've been off the rum lately, so now I suffer from insomnia which is why I'm sitting here at the laptop since 4am...
they sell crates of lots of stuff up here, including Irn Bru. The empty cans are great for wacky JBs, and you can spot them easily in a loft.
You put the two brown wires in one hole of a chocblock, the two blue ones in another hole, use a Stanley knife to cut them apart (so each one can be slipped through the hole in the top, obviously) wrap a bit of tape round them before shoving them in the can, and the other wires, the two bare ones, they get twisted together and then wound ronud the ring-pull...
Oi! Who took the cork out of my breakfast????

Just drill your own - that way all boxes are perfect!

Knock outs are actually only there for B&Q customers ;)

Before you retaliate I have genuinely been drilling holes into an IP enclosure whilst sitting here reading the forums tonight. I have beer to hand, and some music - I'm not in a bad place :)
