10mm and/or 11mm open ended spanners for gutter bolt nuts.
17mm combination spanner for nuts and bolts (might also need 13mm).
Wide flat screwdriver for gutter bolts.
Heavy duty 12 inch hacksaw.
Hammer.
Measuring tape.
Set Square.
Might need a chalk line.

People tapping away on Cell phone Pees me right off, at work if I was Boss Man I would nail the phone to the nearest joist, no place for Cells at work, leave it for tea and lunch breaks, even then out of my sight unless it's life or death, bloody things:mad::mad::mask:. Oh keep the work place tidy.
I’m surprised that more isn’t made of this. Smart phones must be responsible for the loss of millions of working hours. They probably also present a safety issue.

Timekeeping
Be there ready to work on or before agreed time.

There is nothing more annoying than hearing the words I am only 5 minutes late, what’s the problem?

Do not get caught standing round doing nothing.
If all else fails there is always some sweeping up to be done.

Ask questions about anything you are not sure on.
No question is a dumb question, unless it’s the 3rd time of asking it.

Enjoy yourself. Work should be something you like doing most of the time.

Best of luck.
