I have an Eaton 125 amp panel with a ground bus bar with 24 slots and 14 neutral slots. I have a 6 breaker Reliance 7500w transfer panel connected to it. The main panel has 4 unused breakers. I need to increase slots on my neutral side. Can I add an additional neutral busbar to the existing one?

Yes Robert you can add to the neutral bar or better yet just go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and buy a neutral bar with more terminals and replace it. MAKE SURE YOUR MAIN BREAKER IS OFF. It looks like a tight fit but every panel has the kits just make sure it says Eaton on the package

Did they have any neutral bars ? You can drill and tap 2 holes and use 8/32 screws to support the bar. MAKE SURE THE MAIN BREAKER IS OFF

Thank you for replying to my post. Agree that the best, and easiest thing to do would be to replace the existing neutral bar with a 24 slot bar to match the size of the grnd bus. I have been unable to find an Eaton neutral bar at Lowes, HD, or Menards. I found this at Platt. I haven't ordered it yet. Trying to verify if it's the panel that I have.
