The issue with any kind of setup like this is losses.
You won't get the same amount of power out of the motor as you put in due to electrical and mechanical losses (resistance in the windings, friction in the bearings etc.). Likewise, you won't get the same amount of power out of the alternators as you put in, for the same reasons.
The net result is you'll get less power out than you put in and the batteries will run out of charge.
It's a physically impossible to create a system that can produce enough power to maintain it's operation without further input, let alone maintain it when you are extracting power from the system for other purposes.
Unfortunately there are lots of Facebook groups and YouTube videos which claim otherwise. Some look quite convincing, with video examples of working examples. Having watched a bunch of these I can with some confidence say they are all fakes.
And ask yourself this... if this kind of thing really worked... why are all the professional electricians here still purchasing power from the power companies? Most members here are technically capable of building these things but we don't, ask yourself why that might be.
