Luckily we caught this before any water had actually entered.
That's a humidity trap left on the top, nicely spilling over onto the C/U and leaving an obvious rust stain down its side.
We had a word with the tenant and left her in no doubt as to why this is a massive NO NO !!
So my question is !!
How do you code for, LACK OF COMMON SENSE ?
