Afternoon all. Does anyone know how to remove this fuse. !!! We’ve pulled it, undone the screws But it’s not budging. , it seems like there’s something mechanical holding it in place ???

Like the little 5A slidelok fuses? Only came in black I think.I assume the arrow on the left means lift upwards, maybe a bayonet connection?
