No CPC at switches or light points.

All lights are class 2 so a C3 on eicr.

But what do I write for r1r2, just a LIM? is that acceptable?

It's not as simple as that, as I'm sure you're probably aware.
The Electrical Safety First Best Practice Guides have detailed information on this.
As for what to write in the R1+R2 column, it's not a limitation, because you have identified and mitigated the problem.
The only thing you can write is not applicable, as there is no CPC in the circuit.

Buzz, most are surface pattresses, 2 metal ones that will need to be changed out for surface pattresses.
