Fair point. Although if you replace a complete board you are involving yourself with all the connected circuits, rather than just the one MCB for the circuit you are adding (as a typical example).
 
Quite a lot of these old industrial / commercial boards are a nightmare with dozens of alterations over the years , very few sparks will want to change the complete board and the utter ball ache that goes with it if the don't have to.
A 50 quid second hand MCB off Ebay is very often the best and most practical way to go

Contact this company with regard to those boxed Multi 9 rcbos. They will need pics but they buy this sort of stuff and they are brand new, they may or may not be interested in the rest depends how rare they are.
