Ive got Dewalt tools. I know they do something similar. They are quite expensive too being on an apprentice wage they are a lot.

Pack Out for me also got one from Screwfix for £200 they have come up on offer ever six months or so. Can also be mounted to racking. But it's expensive.
I’ve seen the large Stanley Tool Chests but I’m sure the plastic on those is quite brittle. Too bad I can’t find a metal one as the Packout style ones are out of my budget.

Maybe, until budget permits a van-racking compatible systainer-type system, and while you find out in practice what you want to wheel about, and how to organise it, see if you can pick up some small/medium flight cases on eBay and strap them to a sack truck?

I know a couple older sparks did exactly that, flight cases stacked 2 or 3 high on a sack barrow and elastic cords holding it all on
