Anybody know the manufacturer of this switch? Building is from early 90's

See a lot of similar switches in 70s and 80s schools but the plate is odd and that configuration may have an old cast back box behind it which had corner screws.
 
Thst would have been too easy and besides it would have spoiled the guessing game!
The style of rocker looks like it could be from a Focus range!
bloody Ford, they want as piece of everything.
