What connectors I should use?

Hi .. what is the proper way to connect this ceiling light (I meant what connector to use to replace pendant one)
Shall I just leave it, use connector strip or something else.. ?

join with wagos. put in a wago lighting box, making sure the outer sheath goes inside the box. . shove above ceiling.

There are several things you can use but connections must be enclosed. As above or something like this but ensure it is four pole.

In each case the aim is to connect and enclose the installation cables to leave a single 3-core drop to the new light fitting. Here's another product:

or if you are a builder, just twist an tape them. or...... refit the rose cover over the new flex, reconnect into rose. a bit rough but it would comply.

Are you putting a pendant back in its place or aim to replace the pendant with something else.

Do you mean a recessed downlight? if so either of the two recommended junction box's will be ideal, just make sure you take a picture of the existing wiring before turning off the power and disconnecting you may then stand a chance of putting it all back correctly.
