Hive Set Up - two time clocks

Hello.
I'm a novice, so please go easy easy on me. I'm just wanting some advice. Though I have successfully installed a few Hives. But this is more complicated. I will call a qualified electrician if need be.
See the attached pic. The current set up has two units. I think one controls the pump and the other allows the user to set the programmer.
Both have to be active for the heating to work.
The unit on the right can be adjusted for the heat to work downstairs, or upstairs, or both.
Is it possible to replace these units with one Hive service? If so, how?

The only way to control it with one Hive would be to combine up & down zones. You can also buy separate "add-on" thermostats once you have the base package with hub, etc.

a multizone system like that, i would be looking at the smart stat by honeywell. it can support multiple heating zones.

Yes, though I think I'll seperate the zones and add two hives. Surely that would work?

Yes, though I've since learned that it may be possible to seperate the wiring for the two zones and add two hive receivers and two thermostats.

Totally doable if there is two valves. You'll need one kit with the hub and everything, then you can buy a seperate heat only (no HW control) as an "add on", as in just thermo and sender.
