Went to a tripping RCD job on the way home.
Tracked it to a socket circuit, then to a fused spur feeding SWA.
Found this on the other end. ??

Foam party in a septic tank.

Just for information: that is not a Septic Tank, but a Microstation, Septic Tanks work on anaerobic action i.e without air, that type of Microstation act by having air pumped into the tank to agitate the solids and promote their break down, hence the foaming action witch can happen with over enthusiastic use of washing powder.

Oddly enough, I have quite a bit of experience with "septic tanks"/cess pits/bio-disc/klargester etc and all I would say is I'm glad I'm not in that business. However, it is a fascinating subject! I will say nothing more than that the "brick-built" $hit-tanks from Victorian times, often found in rural ares are very often still working extremely well these days, because they were over-sized, over-engineered, and built so well that SEPA often has no problems with them....except actually locating them on their maps. However, they do a good job in the main. (SEPA and septic tanks!)_

Concrete block built tank at my folk's place. 45 years and never given any problems, although they're careful with bleach and other strong cleaning products,

Most concrete block tank are cess pits not septic tanks, but. had holes in them, usually they where fitted with glass bottles in the bottom to be broken out after inspection, no drainage field for the waste to filter though after digestion and would just drain into the water course and contaminate the ground water.
