[ElectriciansForums.net] What type of consumer unit is this?
Hi I have seen a few of these they fit flush inside a electrical cupboard I’ve seen Wylex and Crabtree . I’m changing this db but can’t find the name for these style of boards

Heard of Mantel Metalworks but they were also referred to as Clifton, another company doing the same thing?

From my experience, although the Wylex ones will fit the brackets, (there are two 'standard' widths so check) you don't gain a whole otherwise - you'll have to drill out the spot welds of the shelf in any case and apart from the shield the rest of the enclosure is no different to any other board- you still have standard holes on top that don't always match up with the ones in the metal cabinet - so you may find it easier and/or cheaper to get any suitable RCBO board and fit it directly to the back.

Height is often an issue though with the meter etc below, so take careful measurements to avoid a frustrating time...
