I'm going to run a 6/3 cable from my panel into my garage for an evse. My panel is in a utility room next to the garage. I need to cross the ceiling of the utility room, which is just below a stairwell landing. The first photo illustrates that I need to run from point A (at the panel) to point B (garage wall). My problem is I don't see an easy way to get from the panel to the joist area where the other lines are running. Seems to be nowhere easy to drill. Could anyone advise as to the best way to route this and still likely meet code? I'd rather avoid running the line along the bottom of the four adjacent joists using conduit, but that's about all I can come up with. Thanks in advance for any advice!
