Can anyone give me some advice for chasing these types of walls? Not really come across this type of brick before.

Best done with a diamond disc. SDS hammers could shatter the bricks.
Are we looking at a wall where a wall between a bathroom and WC has been removed? If so, check whether it's a single lintel above both windows, and whether that lintel is of sufficient spec. to support the full opening. There won't be a lot of support left for a separate lintel above each window.
