Is it potentially dangerous or above?

Just looks untidy. C3 for lack of effort.... no sleeving on sw/live.... excess copper showing.... sheath removed outside enclosure.....

Unless there's no cover on the roses...

Have seen worse...... much... much worse
 
I can see several issues can't you?
Yea definitely Class 2 for me
Is it potentially dangerous or above?

Broken accessory.
Unrestrained cords.
Bare cpcs.
Conductors exposed outside an enclosure.
Poorly terminated conductors.
