How many regs broken here ?
This is a new install and has already been "signed off".
Band 1 and band 2 cables mixed in same containment, glands not earthed / terminated correctly, Fire alarm cables mixed with mains voltage cables and in same containment.
The snagging goes on ! Lack of screws in db covers, redundant services not stripped out, holes in db's not blanked off.

I would have recently said this too, but it's been pointed out to me that BS7671 doesn't actually ban this as the FP200 is rated to the highest voltage present.
(BS5389 on the other hand does talk about this topic)
