Hi my sparky has gone AWOL with just this to finish. The two black plugs are two rows of garden lights that are already installed. I would presume the top hole is for a switch to turn on and off and the bottom a fused spur maybe to get power but how does it all wire up. Because the job is small local trades are to busy. Thanks for any replies.

Presumably the plan was to extend the socket circuit to a fused unit or depending how you do it a 20a DP switch , then I would have run a feed to an IP double sockt for those plug tops to plug into

Its like a 2 hour job for a good sparks to do this job so worth ringing around some local sparks

I think the issue might be theres only a wooden fence outside to attach to. I'll try some others.
 
I'm surprised he didn't speak to you about how he was going to do this before he started. Probably not a good sign.
