Hi,
I don't know how to unscrew these ones...tried different options (screw, push, twist).
any suggestion?

The retaining ring with the two lugs 180 degrees apart twists and the lamp then comes out. But sometimes they get jammed, especially if heat damaged after prolonged use with halogen lamps.

As above they can get very stiff to twist over time but with a bit of force usually do twist

If not then your only option is to pull the light down

Righty tighty.. lefty loosey

Make sure you twist it the right way.

The lamp is attached to the central ring that unscrews. As said above, you might just need a little persuasion to get it moving.

If needs must, you can take the whole fitting down, but watch your fingers on the retaining springs.
