During an EICR I havr encountered swa feeding 1 lamppost not glanded at the post end, the feed is connected to the chassis of the 3 phase DB.

I was thinking this would attract a C3 code, but I thought I post it and ask others what they think?

It's fed from a 6 amp type a hagar rcbo tho it was fed from a mcb till I changed it.

C3 for lack of gland and it should be supported somehow.

I guess the lamp post is the enclosure… needs tool to open.
Ones ive fitted in the past had a brass plate at the bottom of the fuse cut out for glanding.

There’s a cpc core, so the armour only needs earthed at one end, but there should be something at post end of the cable.

There is no earth to the cutout either, therefore no earth to the lantern. Does this particular fitting not require an earth or has it just been ignored?

There is one cable in the earth block that is unaccounted for.... maybe it goes all the way up to the lantern head?

The door doesn't need an earth but there should be a secondary barrier to enclose conductors and live parts. Problem with those cut outs is they have no facility to connect an SWA cable.

Just googled the part number and it seems the base is plastic with a couple of grommets supplied.
