Renovating a 1950s pier and beam house. Do y’all think this is asbestos wire?

It's impossible to say with 100% certainty from the appearance. Knowing the brand and age can help decide whether it is likely.

I guess the easiest way would be to run a supply from ignition /aux via a relay that drops the supply when the lights are on.
