My ceiling fan does not have light. couple of weeks the light started blinking then it went off. I did my search and everyone says that I need to replace the wattage limiter. Cannot find any wattage limiter in my unit, there is capacitor and the fan switch. Please see pictures. When I turn the fan on there is power in all the wires going to and from the capacitor. When I turn the fan off there is no power in any wire even in the black wire coming from above. It looks that I cannot post pictures
