Bathroom fan wiring question

Hello, I currently have two switches in my bathroom. One controls the lights above the sink and the other controls a light above the toilet and also a fan. I want to separate the switch from the fan and have that separate. I got a nutone fan that has a wireless remote, so I don't need wires to that switch. I pulled out the old box and put in a 3 gang box, to accommodate the new wireless switch. I tested the fan and it works, but the switch shuts off the fan and toilet light. I've attached a diagram, so hopefully that helps. To explain, there are 2 cables coming from the top and one from the bottom. all the black wires are tied together and all the white ones are tied together. the black set has a red in there too that goes to two terminals on the switches, which is noted in the diagram. Is it possible to make the lights work normally and have the wireless fan (which is also a light) separate, so i can have just that on? Thank you in advance!
