definably has the markings of pozi.... but the PZ1 is too small and PZ2 is too bigIf those aren't fitting correctly, it may be SL/PH1 or SL/PH2
Markings on the screw heads should indicate whether it is Pozi or Philips.
I tend to just use a 3.5 or 4mm flat

I wouldn't mind seeing Torx20 used for terminals in a board. Have been fitting hobs and cookers of late which all have Torx20 for connection screws and are lovely. Or just go back to flat head screws
