I have a main panel beside my meter on the house built in 1987. Then a 4 wire feed into a 200 amp panel on an inside wall of my basement. All of my house wiring comes into tjis inside panel as the breakers are in this second panel. Opened it up the other day and there is only one terminal strip inside it. It is isolated mounted on plastic braces. Neutral from main is on top of the strip , ground wire from main on bottom of strip. Neutrals and grounds from all circuits are terminated under screws on this strip. I’m pretty certain I need to remove the grounds from this strip and install on a new strip along with the ground wire from the main. There is room on the right side of this box. Is the fix as “simple” as mounting a new strip there and transferring all the grounds to this new strip that is bonded to the panel box?
