It's written all over the box. What makes you doubt that they are?
Just look at the thing! It is very hard to believe that it is 90 minute fire rated.
Some.of the other claims on the box seems optimistic too.
Bedroom.Intumescent ring, and glass over the lamp. Completely sealed when fitted to a ceiling.

Doesn't the fire rated also require a back with an intumescent seal ?Pretty sure I can see an intumescent fire seal on that. 'Fire rated' doesn't mean enclosed or safe around flammable material. It simply means the unit will maintain a fire barrier for a given period of time.
