I have stumbled upon “wefixnow.com” on the internet and sent them my details.

They rang and left a message on my phone asking me to ring them for an interview.
Does anyone here know about them. Any feedback will be much appreciated.

If that cable installation shown in one of their homepage thumbnail pictures is anything to go by then I'd give them a wide birth.

I've just looked through the full web site and I can't see a scheme reg anywhere. I think you will be self employed using your own scheme, PLI, van etc and they take a decent cut from the customers bill. Keep us posted.

Sorry, missed to see that thumbnail.

I spoke to them today and they asked me to come to their office to have an interview with the manager. They asked, if I could come in this evening (sounded very desperate) but I said, I would let her know the time I could come.

List of things to take when I go for the interview:

Proof of Qualifications
UTR Number (Unique Taxpayer Reference Number)
NI number
2 forms of ID
Proof of Address
Public Liability Insurance
Should have a full UK licence and a car

I am not sure if I am going to work for them but I would definitely go for the interview and will let you know of the outcome.

Sounds like it might be worth a fishing expedition at least. I would go in with a quid pro quo attitude.....I'll show you mine if you show me yours. I would want a complete set of rates they pay and what their payment terms are, also what type of guarantees they'll give you work ie will they guarantee you all the work within a certain geographical area, and I'd want a few contactable references of independent tradesmen who have worked for then at least for several months so you can gauge how good they are a paying and what type and quantity of work you're likely to get.
