Have been asked to do some work in these showerooms in a hostel. Now from my understanding these were originally kitchens that have been converted. Now they require a new fan as the old one stopped working ages ago. As you can see from the pictures the DB is within the showeroom and is within zone 2 ( although behind cabnet) problem being the DB in the showeroom. The board is an old one and the installation utiliizes the steel conduit for cpc. I am not keen on the idea of the Db in the showeroom and have spoke to the manager about this, there is no chance of the room being changed back to a kitchen as there is only one other shower on the block.
