I've had that INSIDE a building - where someone has put a stud wall over a CU. Genius.
 
If you look at the date you will see that it was installed in the future. Obviously, the brickwork isn't there at that point in time...

Lol they are house numbers mate,

This is the delightful area of chelmsley wood in birmingham, to save money when these houses were built the MEB at that time stuck a 3phase up every 3rd path and then split them out, so each house had a single phase cut out with a solid link and the fused at this bad boy!, my job was to find it and uncover it
