Water and electrics...

Hi,

Water and electrics don't go together but what about the setup as below? It's a tiny one bedroom flat and the landlord doesn't bother about safety of the tenants, all he wants is the rent on every calender month.

At least he has upgraded to plug in breakers, much safer!
And I agree I am not sure those cables are more than 25mm from the pipes!

Tenant doesn't seem too bothered about their own safety with all the combustables down the back of the (dish)washer.

Would be better to have rewireables with the fuse shields.
that 'upgrade' has made it a C1 - exposed live parts, if you pull or knock a braeker slightly out you can touch the live.
