Mate of mine asked if there is anything wrong with some of the cable routes he found in the new property he just bought!!!
Wouldnt mind but the cables come up from DB through this bedroom into another then the attic, back into the bedroom, then down into the extension which was on the bottom floor!

Also he asked is the boiler in a good place, above the bath/shower!!!!
Plumber mate of mine is moving it into the airing cupboard about 3m away from its current position.
