Methods For Chasing And Creating Back Boxes In Solid Walls

What are you preferred methods for chasing walls for new wiring and recessing back boxes in;

a) Solid brick walls in a customers existing home (need to keep fairly tidy),
b) Solid brick walls on refurbishment jobs with no residents (can create 'unlimited' dust),
c) Block walls for either of the above circumstances.

Chasing tool with Hoover in all cases, no mess and fast

Peice of cardboard shoved right against the wall,heller brick removal tool and 800W SDS on rotostop, flexi tub/rubble bag and Henry the hoover ( best £83 I ever spent)

Drill, scutch chisel & elbow grease. Use wall chaser if I have loads to do.

chaser will make a mess unless you get some good one (hilti)
for unoccupied places erbauer+henry does the job.
finish off with sds on roto stop.

or an angle grinder with one of those thin discs, mark the wall&box with a felt tipped marker pen cut the chase and use a thin sharpened bolster to remove the waste
its the simplest of jobs, totally basic stuff some of the q,s on here! !unbelievable

Grinder with a diamond blade then a sds on chisel do knock it out.

If dust is no issue.

Hammer bolster/scutch chisel if it is
