Black frame probably looks better to most people, but black does tend to attract heat - and solar panel efficiency declines slightly as they get hotter.Do they look better black framed? only a few quid more for the black frame rather than silver.

A number of fitters also grumble about how it can be quite difficult to avoid marking the black paintwork in the process of transporting, handling and fitting the panels.
that's because we bought them all.....Fitted my first black framed Hyundai array the week before last. No particular problems. Same thickness as Sanyos, but have MC4 connectors on them so no need to be chopping off and crimping on new connectors. Would have used then before 12 Dec, but at their price Segen ran out of them immediately during the rush.
