NICEIC Certification Scheme Help needed with NICEIC certificate

Doing an office fit-out, it's an alteration and an addition to the existing installation.

However in the section for Particulars of the Installation referred to in the Certificate it asks of for the details of the Main Switch, earthing, maximum demand etc, which I don't have.

Do I need to fill these in or can I just put N/A?

It's a huge office, client is renting one floor from the the owners, BT, who are no help at all. I am trying to source the original info from the FM people but it's like drawing teeth and getting access, keys, etc to survey the installation is a nightmare.

I've only ever signed off new installations so it's never been an issue for me before.
