I have been to test the installation in a Portakabin today, and found this certificate crumpled up under the consumer unit cover.

The install consists of a Merlin Gerin 12 way CU with a 100A 100mA 'S' BS61008 RCD, a BS61009 32A 'C' 30mA RCBO for sockets, 2x 16A 'B' BS60898 MCB's for heaters & a 6A 'B' BS60898 MCB for lighting all of which have a 10kA short circuit rating.
The wiring is twin & earth in trunkings.
The inspections sheet that accompanied these "test" results stated that previous test and inspection results were not available, yet I found them under the lift up CU front cover in a plastic wallet where this cert was found?
How may mistakes can you spot?
