What system is this?

Went round my sisters place to have a look at her new heating system.
Boiler, hot water tank, nothing special and then I looked in the cupboard and saw this.

I'm guessing those yellow things are valves so does that make this system an S plan?
I thought most systems were Y plan these days.

Any thoughts?

I hate to say it but the plumber did a nicer job than the sparky

(assuming they weren't one and the same)

Usual as the plumber has used a bronze pump which are three as expensive. Do you have a pick of the full cylinder

Thanks guys.

I shall get more pictures when I can.
The cylinder is a tall and skinny one and the boiler is a Worcester.

The building company that did it was a family concern, one son a plumber, another a sparky etc.
