Doing an eicr in a hotel and the maintanence guy asked if i could take a look at an intermittantly tripping rcd.

Rcd tested fine, so i started disconnecting the fittings for an ir test and found this.

[ElectriciansForums.net] I dont think they should look like that


200mm of kingspan, and unenclosed connector blocks sitting in the kingspan directly above a 50w downlight.

Anyone else had any fun findings this week?

At least it's parked between the lines.

And that hr insulation looks brill.
