Hi guys! its been a whilst since i was last on here ive been working away, cracking on with college work and trying to mix in some social life too haha! i am currently 2 weeks away from finishing way first year in my level 3 2370 electrical installation apprenticeship and have been revising for some whilst now for an exam. I have on my last week which is MOCK AM1 RIG with various circuits/mechanical component's i am relatively comfortable with 90% of it now but im still trying to get my head round intermediate switching. i know their are multiple ways of doing it and every spark has his own way but whilst stumbling across the internet i came across this method >> whilst observing i started to understand this method a little easier than others i have tried

my circuit involves

2 x 1 gang 2 way switches
1 x intermediate switch
*singles to be used in pvc conduit

i know this method could work quite well on this right? all i need to know are the pros and cons of this method and importantly just for my own understanding what way the electrical flow would take depending if the top, middle, bottom switch was E.G for switch (x) through com, down to L1 across the strapper to L1 etc.. if i could understand this flow it would really help me engage my own knowledge

Thanks a lot for all your help guys!
kind regards
Nathan
