Aga 5 oven electric oven

Hey guys just some info from anyone one that has come across one of these . Looked at a job today for a couple who are having a 5 oven electric aga fitted . It needs a 32amp dedicated supply plus a 13amp supply . Just wondering if anyone know where the entry points are etc and if there's anything I need to take into account ? I will be phoning aga tomorrow but thought it would be helpful hearing from anyone who has installed one .

Does any one know if there is an electrical aga with integrated electric boiler exist? Went to price a barn corversion last night , the client would like one if one exisists. An electric boiler will be required as a hydro scheme is going in aswell.

problem you have with AGAs...is the boiler was only ever enough for hot water....for washing & the like..

if its central heating as well your after...then you need one of these:

Hi guys AGA dont heat water as a rule you need to look at a Rayburn made in same factory in Shropshire The 2 feeds to a five oven AGA will be one 32amp for the main AGA and 13 AMP feed for the companion cooker that sits to one side of the AGA hope this helps. AGA will build the new cooker on site and set it up hope to to have duplicated any other posts

AGAs do heat water...but the boiler is tiny compared to the rayburn...

the fundemental difference between the 2 is:

an AGA is primerally a cooker...with some hot water

a RAYBURN is a water boiler...with cooking

the rayburn will run hot water and central heating....

the aga is hot water only....
