looks like it is just missing but if you say it is touching then get your hand in there and move the cable so it isn't. Regarding the board, you will have to confirm that void space requires a fireproof board and 8mm2 isn't acceptable, I can't confirm that being an Electrician, sorry.the length of screws and the cable are touching, this is in a kitchen on a stud wall.
the mdf is not fire or moister proof and at 8mm is a touch thin.
zoom in and you will see the cable has been hit with the screw.
why do you think that Phil?I live in a council property and at no stage has anybody checked this is ok.
