    You don't need to earth the array when using Sunnyboy HF series as they have an isolation transformer built in. The DTi publication "Photovoltaics in Buildings - Guide to the installation of PV systems 2nd Edition" mentions this on page 23 (Array Frame Earthing Decision Tree)
