    Most difficult fault

    Had a bad IR reading on a 16a 240v commando socket outlet, disconnected the cable and it tested fine and the socket outlet tested fine. Tested the breaker and it tested fine but as soon as everything was reconnected back to the bad reading. Re-terminated everything and still a bad IR reading...

    looking for a new MFT tester

    We use fluke on the rigs and the other electrician uses his Megger, tried both out and both nice testers but I brought a kewtech kt65dl I think it's called. Great tester couldn't be happier, the wondering lead and all the accessories you can get with kewtech aswell make testing so much easier...

    I work offshore and we all use the wiha sets, discovered them on eBay a few years ago and got myself a set. The company has now issued them to everyone. Slim vario set is great for getting into the wago din terminals in control panels, saves me from having to carry round a wago screwdriver...
