Would anyone be able to recommend fault finding books or YouTube videos. I’m just looking to brush up on my knowledge. I currently work in fire and security.
I’m doing some galvanised conduit work and was wondering. I’ve always used stainless steel screws outside for fixing. As th d link clips are going into l render would they be okay as I don’t want them to rust onto the render.

I’ve just found a brand new, or hardly used Martindale ET4000 for around £200. Has anyone any experience with this multimeter? I’m a fan of their voltage indicator and proving unit.
I’m looking to build my tools back up after a bit of bad luck. I’ve bought some screwdrivers, cutters etc. I’m just making a list of what I had. I’m just after a socket tester. I’ve seen Fluke now have one that looks very good. I did have just the basic Kewtech.
I’ve got those British Standard Books for Fire anyway. I’m just looking to get more into electronics, circuit boards. Even any good electrical books, I’ve been following someone online that builds control panels, for automation etc.
I’ve thought about stripping it but it’s a lot of earth sleeving. I may try some singles as I could rod it through the house i think. Where is the best place to buy singles from?
It goes through the ceiling into a room and then into the consumer unit that’s in a cupboard. It maybe possible to pull the cable out and fit singles if I get some cable rods out.
I’ve a job to do at home. I’ve a feed that connects my house to the garage consumer unit. The cable is in 10mm T&E.
I’m replacing the conduit for galvanised and spraying it white to match the render.
